- Free until 30 June 2027 for groups that join before then. After that, the fee applies to new payments only.
- Who pays
- Buyers pay your listed prices, with nothing added. Fees come out of your takings.
- Keep the full price
- If you like, buyers see an optional box at checkout to add a little so your group keeps the full price. It’s never ticked for them, and you can turn it off.
- Square’s processing fee
- Charged by Square at your Square account’s rate, as for any card payment. It goes to Square, not to us.
- Our platform fee
- 1% of each payment. Square takes it out of each payment before the rest reaches your account.
- Texts (optional)
- Buyers hear from you by email, at no cost. If you’d like texts too, an owner can turn them on: 20¢ for each order where the buyer leaves a mobile, taken with each payment like our fee.
- Changes
- Your group’s fee only goes up if one of its owners agrees.
- Refunds
- When you refund a buyer, the matching share of our fee is refunded too.
